Are you passionate about the automotive industry and looking for a rewarding career? Our team at Keesee Motor Company is seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Parts Department Employee.
- Assist customers and service technicians in finding the right automotive parts and accessories.
- Process orders for parts, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Maintain inventory levels by conducting regular stock checks and reordering parts as needed.
- Ensure parts are stored and labeled properly to facilitate easy access.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and offering product recommendations.
- Process returns, exchanges, and warranty claims in a professional manner.
- Keep the parts department organized and clean.
- Prior experience in an automotive parts department or related field preferred, but not required.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories is a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic computer skills (experience with inventory management software is a bonus).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all transactions.
