We’re seeking a highly motivated and skilled Service Advisor to join the Keesee Motor Company team and deliver top-notch service to our valued clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless and positive service experience.
- Listen to customer concerns, assess their vehicle’s needs, and provide expert recommendations for maintenance or repairs.
- Schedule service appointments, manage work orders, and communicate updates to customers throughout the service process.
- Collaborate with the service team, technicians, and parts department to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service details, and follow-up as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in automotive service, customer service, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of automotive systems, parts, and service procedures is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and service management software is a plus.
